How many people would mind having tourette's if they could be that handsome? At least some of the 3 million women breaking his door down should have been included in the video to show why he smiles so much. I don't mean to say that it isn't a serious problem. I remember a boy in my high school class who had tourette's, but back then no one knew what it was. We thought he was just being obnoxious all the time.
