Thankee, thankee, thankee. It's fresher than the day it was born.

I heard a great interview with Arlo Guthrie on WAMC (NY) yesterday. What came through was a genuine, man; an artist communitted to the erradication of bullshit and dedicated to the music that cuts through it, the people who make it, and to those for whom it is made.
An authentic wiseguy.
It's all there in that true and wonderfully funny song.

Thanksgiving isn't complete without hearing this! I remember it from when it first came out and it sounded just as fresh when I heard it over the radio when driving to Thanksgiving dinner with friends last week. Is there a comparable song today?
"I couldn't tear myself
away from 3 Quarks Daily, to the point of neglecting my work. Congratulations on
this superb site."—Steven
Pinker, Johnstone Professor of Psychology, Harvard University.
"I have placed 3 Quarks Daily at the head of my list of web bookmarks."—Richard
Dawkins, Charles Simonyi Professor of the Public Understanding of Science at Oxford University.
"Just wanted you to know I’m one of many who reads and enjoys 3 Quarks....almost daily."—David Byrne, musician, former lead-singer of the Talking Heads, artist, intellectual.
