This shit is deep!

Holy Moses.
I thought I ate healthy -- and I do, nothing from packages or tins except sardines, and otherwise, only spinach, carrots, tomatoes, beans, brown rice, red pepper, green pepper, oranges, bananas, almonds and yogurt -- but now I am going to change. Kale. Liver. Berries. Etcetera.
Thank you so much for this.

Advice to anyone who wants to eat liver -- organic only, please. In animals as in ourselves, the liver is there to screen out toxins, and you want that creature to have eaten healthy.

The quackwatch link is a generalized link regarding MS and quackery. There is no specific information about Dr. Wahl's approach.
