Wow! Wow! Wow!
Yay Bobby.
It was hard to know what to watch because the faces of the other panelists were as fun to watch as the experience of Bobby playing with the audience.
As a coach who specializes in working with the latest neurological discoveries (at least the ones that are published!) to help my clients create great lives for themselves, this little video demonstrates so, so much.
I will be spreading it far & wide to fellow coaches, to my clients and to anyone else who is interested in music, in how our minds track information, in how to make a stunning presentation without talking, in how we can use fun to impart huge parcels of information.
As Daniel Levitin implies at the end, Bobby McFerrin could make a great contribution to the field of neural science. Yay Bobby!

Stupifying--how intuitive we can be acting in a mass--and how easily led. Interesting dichotomy, no?
I have a pentatonic flute made by Choroi, which I learned to play during my Waldorf teacher training. It's so simple, so lovely, so accessible but evokes such ageless melodies. For anyone looking to take up a "new instrument" i would highly recommend one.
