I'm very impressed with the sheer athleticism of these women. Having done martial arts, I know just how much strength and control is required to hold those positions. The flexibility is obvious. :)

fantastically athletic women. but the song-over is disturbing. "save me from the nothing I've become..." ? what kind of repressive message is that?
