Sorry, So Sorry!
From The Root:
It was all there today -- the introspection, the cluelessness, the smirkiness, the defiance, the sense of humor, the surprising humility. When George Bush said goodbye for the last time to the White House press corps this morning, he refelcted on everything from the 'Mission Accomplished' to Katrina to the failure to find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. It was an unsusally emotional performance by the president who seemed ready to take his bows. "This is the ultimate exit interview,'' he said. Bush admitted that he felt lucky to be witness to the dawning of the Obama Presidency. "I consider myself fortunate to have a front-row seat for what is going to be a historic moment,'' said Bush, who will hand off the presidency to Obama on Jan. 20. "President-elect Obama's election does speak volumes about how far this country has come." True that, but the big question is how farther we will have to go to get out of the hole he's left us in?

The clown. If he can't get any other job, I'm sure Barnum & Bailey have a place ready for him.

Fuck George Bush. I hate him and I hope he dies a slow, painful death, via drowning or bomb. He deserves both. History will not vindicate him, and if it does, we will be in more trouble at that time then we are now. I love America, but I despise the men who are in charge of it. They are gangsters.

His body language was riveting--he looked like a petulant, bullying, defensive brat indignant that his father called him out on his misbehaviour.
I do not hate him, i do not fear him, i have truly reached the point which any human being does when faced with such irrationality--WTF! How did he get there? How did we let all this happen? It's like the aftermath of domestic violence--we must recognize our deep sickness to heal our whole nation's relationship with power.

America deserved W.
The rest of the world did not.
