it will stop moving if you focus your eyes to the center of it. i believe it moves because without even knowing it our eyes my rapid movements causing the pictre to look like it's moving. so my concentrating your focus on one particular point you teporarly stop to rapid movement of the eyes... but that's just my theory shurely they have the true reason online somewhere
