Amos Oz Awarded Goethe Prize
From the AFP:
Israeli writer Amos Oz was named as the winner of the 2005 Goethe cultural prize, one of the country's top awards, for his lifetime's output.
Oz, a peace activist, was honoured for his literary work and impressive moral responsibility, according to Petra Roth, mayor of Frankfurt and president of the jury awarding the prize.

Does anyone know which luminaries and the rest of us may be interested in having Palestinian and Israeli academics collaboarate out of Bethlehem/Jerusalem set-up, in a year or so,down the daunting road?
